Positive: I had a really great stay at this hotel. The staff were honestly the friendliest I’ve ever experienced, nothing over the top or forced, just genuinely warm and welcoming people who made you feel comfortable right away. The Turkish breakfast was a highlight, fresh, varied, and absolutely delicious. Definitely something to look forward to each morning. The location is also fantastic, with plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby. The room itself was nice and spacious. Overall, I’d happily stay here again.

Positive: Good location, close to metro, train & ferry. Friendly personnel. Offered free upgrade as our room was on ground floor and smaller but we liked the privacy so we kept the room.

Positive: The room size is massive and clean, staff there are very nice and helpful. Location is really convenient and there's also a nice Cafe downstairs.
